Languedoc
Bergerie de l’Arcade

Here is a selection of the rarest and most sought-after wines from Languedoc.
Great Southern wines, without the clichés of the South—that’s what links these wines from Oratoire St Jean d'Aureilhan, Bergerie de l’Arcade and Maxime Renaudin, all of them having a direct link with Vaillé family of Grange des Pères. For Languedoc enthusiasts, these niche domaines are worth exploring: small productions, sensational wines, great young with huge aging potential yet.

WINES
Bergerie de l'Arcade - Languedoc 2021
Type : Red
Founded in 2016 by the Soulas brothers on a vineyard guided by Laurent Vaillé of Grange des Pères, who mentored them from its very first vines and even vinified the inaugural vintage. The 2021 , a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and a touch of Mourvèdre, is pure velvet: complex aromatics of ripe fruits, crushed strawberry, garrigue and subtle smoky notes. Warm, savory, with a long, refined finish, it’s balanced, approachable, and beautifully crafted, showing the Soulas brothers’ mastery of élevage.
Bergerie de l'Arcade - Languedoc 2022
Type : Red
This 2022 reveals ripe aromas—sugared strawberry, wild raspberry—layered with floral and spicy notes. Long élevages have sculpted the palate, with a refined, slightly herbaceous finish. While structurally and aromatically distinct from Grange des Pères, this cuvée carries the same grace and sensuality.
