de Faverand (Ventoux)
Nestled at the foot of Mont Ventoux (Southern Rhône), Domaine de Faverand spans 5 hectares of old vines (grenache, carignan) on sandy, clay-limestone soils, giving the wines remarkable finesse.
Taken over in 2020 by the former agent of Château Rayas, part of the vineyard has been converted to agroforestry, boosting biodiversity and soil balance.
In just its second vintage, the estate asserts its identity with natural winemaking: spontaneous fermentations, no additives, and gentle remontage, producing wines that are concentrated yet balanced.

Wine style : Aromatic, velvety tannins, juicy grenache with jammy, garrigue-style wines that remind the wines of Reynaud (Rayas and Tours) : olives, cherry, raspberry jam, violet, thym, orange peel...
Why Vibrant : Because the wines are reminiscent of Reynaud style : aromatic, intense with silky tannins and an addictive perfume.

Type : Red (grenache / carignan)
A symphony of balance: ripe dark fruits, freshness and structure but nothing heavy here. Pure, vibrant, and perfumed with a natural kick. A wine that smells of garrigue and speaks of an authentic, unvarnished South.

Type : Red (old grenache)
The benchmark of Faverand : beautiful aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe red fruit, spice, violet, cured meat and licorice. Highly perfumed, jammy, silky tannins... Reynaud style !

Blend of southern grapes. Crisp yellow fruits, fennel and candied citrus meet a fresh, briny energy on the palate. Silky, luminous, dry, with a hint of garrigue herbs—a vibrant, sun-drenched white that never feels heavy (abv 12%)
