Domaine du Triptyque is a young organic estate (2023) in Venoy, at the heart of Chablis. Born from Tommy family vineyards and a 6-year vision, it focuses on one goal: crafting precise, terroir-driven wines from outstanding grapes.

5.5 hectares are farmed with care for soil life and biodiversity, with a strict organic approach from day one. In the cellar, nothing unnecessary—native fermentations, gentle aging, total respect for the fruit.

A new eco-designed winery (2024), built around concrete, enhances purity and balance.

Triptyque is where art, nature, and wine meet—delivering vibrant, authentic Chablis with energy and edge.

Chablis “Rosette” 2024
Rosette is a small parcel in Courgis, next to Premier Cru Beauregard,
rooted in clay soils over Kimmeridgian limestone—bringing depth, tension and energy.
1.15 ha of 35-year-old vines are farmed with precision and care: soil-focused work, gentle pruning
and organic practices throughout.
In the cellar: native fermentations, 90% concrete, 10% seasoned oak, minimal intervention,
no fining.
The result: a vibrant, saline and precise Chablis with freshness and persistence.
Chablis 2023
The parcels, located in Beine and Courgis, come together to create a chiselled
Cuvée combining tension, salinity, and generosity, with depth and precision. Aged 11 months
in concrete and 4 months in stainless steel. Not fined, lightly filtered. Organic.
Petit Chablis 2024
Produced from plots planted between 1990 and 2000 in Beine and Chablis,
this Petit Chablis reveals its freshness and tonic structure. Aged on its lees for 11 months in
7 years old barrels, then 4 months in stainlees. Not fined, lightly filtered. Organic.
