COTE DE BEAUNE
Fil de Soie (Beaune)
pngtree-instagram-icon-instagram-logo-png-image_3584853.png
The story of this chinese venture in Burgundy starts with a young chinese girl - Flora Wang - setting up in Beaune after several experiences in the wine world. The production is small (10,000 btles / year) coming from very high quality of grapes sources from top plots. Defined as “smooth as silk”, the focus is on texture, with every element contributing to an effortless sense of balance.
Winemaking follows a minimal intervention philosophy with classic burgundy winemaking (ageing in oak barrels, indigenous yeasts) with little extraction.

Wine style :  The result offers lifted aromas and a silky mouthfeel with fine extraction, smooth tannins and clean fruit, inviting enjoyment through elegance and finesse.

Why Vibrant :The Sémillon is very original and full of character, while the Burgundies are expressive, well-balanced, and definitely worth exploring.
