COTE DE BEAUNE
Guillaume l’Echanson (Chassagne-Montrachet)
pngtree-instagram-icon-instagram-logo-png-image_3584853.png
Guillaume Boin discovered wine during his sommelier training at La Tour d’Argent and then traveled the world refining his knowledge.
He honed his winemaking skills in Europe (Vin Noe, Wasenhaus...) and New Zealand (Millton Vineyards) before setting in Burgundy, launching his first official vintage in 2024.
2025 marks his second vintage. Limited to 3,000 bottles, each cuvée is handcrafted.

Wine style : Reds are 100% whole cluster—fresh, crisp, and full of vibrant red fruit with low alcohol. Minimal sulfur, minimal intervention, zero oak. Pure juices without artifice!

Why Vibrant : simply because I tasted Guillaume's with no expectation and I was impressed by the quality of the wines : free, natural juices but totally under control.
