He embraces a certain level of risk to craft wines with distinctive aromatics and texture. Barrel selection is precise, and sulphur use is kept to a strict minimum, only after malolactic fermentation.His wines reflect a personal vision—rooted in classic Burgundy yet strikingly original. With long ageing over two winters, they reveal remarkable intensity, silky textures, refined yet structured tannins, and complex floral and herbal notes.
