Languedoc
Maxime Renaudin

“Founded in 2018 around the village of Jonquières, Domaine Maxime Renaudin spans just 5 hectares and produces two red wines under IGP Pays d’Hérault. A former environmental engineer, Maxime trained under the legendary Laurent Vaillé at La Grange des Pères—a mentorship that deeply shaped his vision and precision.
Though not certified, the estate is farmed with strict organic practices—no systemic treatments, no herbicides. While awaiting the construction of his winery, Maxime vinifies and ages his wines in a small, self-built micro-cellar at the back of his garden. A true “garage wine” in the noblest sense—raw, honest, and uncompromising.
Terroir
Clay-limestone soils around Jonquières, planted with Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan. Thoughtful farming, low intervention, maximum expression.
Style
In the spirit of great Southern gastronomic wines, this is all about precision blending: 40% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 30% Syrah. Fully destemmed, each variety is vinified and aged separately for 24 months in barrel before final assemblage.
The result? A wine that mirrors the man—driven yet refined, generous yet fresh. Silky texture, lifted aromatics, and a beautifully balanced, food-friendly profile.
A rising talent to watch—exactly the kind of handcrafted, small-production wine that resonates with today’s top tables.

WINES
Maxime Renaudin - Carignan 2021
Type : Red
A meteoric rise and a new language for Languedoc. Maxime is crafting bottles that feel precise, honest, and effortless. Founded in 2018, his 5 ha vineyard benefits from the mentorship of the Vaillé family (Grange des Pères) : gentle winemaking, minimal sulfur, long élevage. Fresh, vibrant wines with body but never heaviness, finesse. This cuvee is a 100% Carignan - full of spice, liquorice, black fruits on a silky texture.
Maxime Renaudin - Pays d'Herault 2022
