Wild, funky Pinot Noir full of live and energy, on red berries, pomegranate, cherry and mineral finish. Yummy !
Vin de France Intuition Foudre 2018

Type : White (chardonnay)

A real UFO. Sixty-year-old vines, four years in foudre: a vibrant, electric wine with tangy acids, gentle oxidative notes (nut, almond), ripe lime and stone fruit. Long, complex, Valette-like..
Rully 1er cru 2022

Type : White (chardonnay)

A 1er Cru plot, vinified naturally and aged 18 months in oak. Anything but classic Rully: bold, rounded, finely reductive on lees, almost no sulfur, and a clean, chiseled Jura-like expression with extra substance.
Bourgogne 2023

Type : White (chardonnay)

Pure and wild Chardonnay aged in oak foudres. Ripe and crispy on yellow apple, pear, lemon peel, quince. Natural without faults. A joy to drink !
